Order & Design

  • When you place an order with Dress Magic Studio, we will schedule a measurement and design consultation. At this stage you will choose your fabric, style, fit and any special details.
  • Once production begins — that is, once the fabric is cut or work on your garment starts — changes to the design, fabric or measurements may incur additional charges and could affect the delivery timeline.

Payment & Pricing

  • A deposit is required at the time of order confirmation, with the remaining balance due upon completion before delivery.
  • All pricing will be clearly provided and includes our standard production in the selected fabric.
  • Custom requests, fabric upgrades or rush production may incur additional fees.

Turnaround Time

  • We aim to complete custom dresses and coats within the estimated timeframe discussed at your consultation.
  • Because each garment is made to your specifications, the timeline may vary depending on fabric availability, complexity of design, and other factors beyond our control.
  • If there is a significant delay, we will contact you promptly to discuss revised completion and delivery dates.

Cancellation, Refunds & Returns

  • Because each piece is made exclusively for you, custom-made garments are considered final sale once production has begun.
  • If you wish to cancel your order before production starts, you may do so but your deposit may be non-refundable depending on fabric and materials purchased.
  • Once work on the garment has commenced, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
  • If there is a defect or work falls outside agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate and offer a remedy (such as complimentary alteration or remake).

Alterations & Fit Guarantee

  • We offer complimentary fitting and minor adjustments within 30 days of delivery if the garment does not meet the measurements agreed at consultation.
  • Alterations requested due to changes in your measurements, weight or style preference after delivery will incur additional charges.

Fabric & Colour Variations

  • While we use high-quality fabrics, please note that actual colours, textures or shades may vary slightly from samples due to lighting, dye lot etc.
  • Fabric availability is subject to change – if the selected material is no longer available we will offer suitable alternatives in consultation with you.

Customer Responsibility & Garment Care

  • To maintain the integrity of your custom garment, we ask that you follow the care instructions provided. Improper care, wear beyond normal use or damage caused by third-party alterations may void our responsibilities.

Liability & Ownership

  • Dress Magic Studio will take care in crafting your garment, but we cannot accept liability for damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or any alterations done by others.
  • We reserve ownership of any patterns, designs or intellectual property created by us unless otherwise agreed.

Privacy & Data

  • Your personal information and measurements are kept confidential and will be used only to fulfil your order.
  • We will not share your data with third parties except as required by law.

Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to update or amend these policies at any time; the version posted on our website is the most current.

Abuse and harassment

  • Verbal abuse and harassment of any kind are not tolerated. We reserve our right to refuse service as a result of abuse or harassment by the customers.

Other

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where a request falls outside our expertise, does not align with our quality or professional standards, or involves inappropriate behavior.
